One-acre Enniscorthy site set to fetch over £750,000 in May

A one-acre commercial site overlooking the Slaney river in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford, is expected to make in excess of £750,000 (€952,300) when it goes to tender through McNally Handy next month. The site is located beside a cash and carry business and Super Valu and is zoned for town centre uses. It is likely to appeal to a convenience store.
