Period three-bed on one of Clontarf’s finest roads for €1.25m

St Lawrence Road is one of Clontarf’s best addresses. The tree-lined street runs perpendicular to the seafront, which means you can be waterside in a matter of minutes.

Number 27 is on the left as you leave the promenade and enjoys a west-facing back garden, its quarry-tiled garden path having faded as a result of the direct sunlight.

The family bathroom is on the hall return and is wallpapered in a toile de jouy motif. Beside it is a small but useful laundry room with a window and a vent.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor where ceiling heights are 12 ft. The main room extends the width of the house, is painted a royal navy blue and has a surprisingly spacious shower en suite bathroom, which also has a window.

The third double, also en suite, is on the first-floor return where a full-size staircase leads up to an attic room and adjoining shower room.

Smartly decorated, with space for a clatter of kids, the property, which extends to 190sq m (2,045sq ft) with a further 15sq m (1,612sq ft) in the attic, is seeking €1.25million through Sherry FitzGerald.
