A three-storey detached house currently in offices at 30 Leeson Park, Dublin 6, was sold at a Lisney auction yesterday for a strong price of £3.3 million.

Jackson-Stops is seeking £575,000 for 5 Selskar Terrace, Ranelagh, a five-bedroom house, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Rathmines, a three-bedroom house at 1 Castlewood Court was withdrawn by Lisney, which is quoting £315,000.

In Rathgar, Lisney secured £820,000 for Innisfree, a five-bed semi at 65 Orwell Road.

In Harold's Cross, 9 Casimir Road, a three-bedroom house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £345,000.

In Terenure, a four-bedroom semi at 8 Wasdale Park was withdrawn at £367,000 and is under negotiation through Christies.

Also in Terenure, 94 Rathdown Park, a four-bed bungalow, made over £405,000 after auction through Douglas Newman Good.

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £300,000 for 2 Pleasants Street, Dublin 8, a three-bedroom house after it failed to sell at auction.

Nearby, 28 Curzon Street, a three-bedroom house, made £307,000 by Youngs.

South Dublin

Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £1.35 million for a large three-bedroom penthouse at 3 Killiney Hill Park following its withdrawal from auction.

Still in Killiney, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £395,000 for 3 Albany Court, a four-bedroom house, following its withdrawal from auction at £360,000.

Sherry FitzGerald fetched £340,000 for 109 Silchester Park, Glenageary, a three-bedroom house.

Still in Glenageary, 24 St Catherine's Park, a three-bedroom house, made £332,000 through Corry McMahon.

In Dun Laoghaire, a four-bed semi at 1 Corrig Park made £275,000 through Sherry FitzGearld.

In Monkstown, Lisney secured £385,000 at auction for a two-bedroom apartment at 2 Seafield House.

A four-bedroom house at 49 Castlecourt, Booterstown Avenue, made £530,000 through McNally Handy and Sherry FitzGerald. Christies secured £414,000 for 69 Fosterbrook, Stillorgan, Co Dublin, a four-bedroom semi.

Also in Stillorgan, 75 Merville Road, a three-bedroom house, made £340,000 through Daphne L. Kaye & Associates.

In Mount Merrion, 19 Cherrygarth, a four-bedroom bungalow, made over £350,000 after auction through Conway. In Shankill, a three-bedroom house at 8 Aubrey Park was withdrawn at £210,000 by H.J. Byrne, which sold it later for a higher price. In Crumlin, Dublin 12, a two-bedroom semi at 15 Crumlin Village was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £170,000. A three-bedroom house at 5 Beaufort Villas, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14, made £284,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

At 58 Pinewood Park, Rathfarnham, a three-bedroom semi, was sold for £306,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Meanwhile, 62 Riverside Drive, Rathfarnham, a four-bedroom semi, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £370,000. A three-bedroom bungalow at 73 Woodley Park, Kilmacud, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

A four-bedroom house at 28 Pearse Square, Dublin 2, fetched £450,000 through Bennetts.

A three-bedroom house at 4 Strasburg Terrace, Irishtown, was sold for £210,000 by Lisney.

In Sandymount, Dublin 4, 20 Dromard Terrace, a four-bedroom house, was sold by Lisney for £480,000.

In Donnybrook, 100 Donnybrook Manor, a four-bedroom townhouse, was withdrawn at £422,500 by Douglas Newman Good, which is seeking £450,000.

North Dublin

A four-bedroom house on 0.75 acres, The Cottage, in Portmarnock, Co Dublin, was sold for £602,500 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Lisney is quoting £210,000 for 123 Abbeyfield, Killester, Dublin 5, a three-bedroom bungalow, following its withdrawal. In Clontarf, 35 The Stiles Road, a three-bed house, made £355,000 through North & Co.

Also in Clontarf, a four-bed semi at 406 Clontarf Road was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

A three-bedroom house at 57 Glasnevin Hill, Glasnevin, was sold for £230,000 by Sherry FitzGerald. Douglas Newman Good fetched £292,000 for 203 Collins Avenue West, Dublin 9, a four-bedroom semi. A four-bedroom semi at 171 Griffith Avenue, Drumcondra, fetched £420,000 through Herman White.

Also in Drumcondra, 18 Glenarm Avenue was sold for £243,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

At 41 Shandon Park, Phibsboro, a three-bedroom house made £330,000 through Lisney.

Commercial

The Kildare Stud, at Pollardstown, Newbridge, was withdrawn at £1.375 million by Coonan, which is quoting £1.5 million.

In Co Westmeath, 8.6 acres on Mullingar Road, Kinnegad, with planning for 69 houses was sold for £1.82 million through James B. McDonnell and Murtagh Bros.

A 0.5-acre site with planning for three houses at Convent Close, Bray, Co Wicklow, made £580,000 through H.J. Byrne.

In Rathmichael, Co Dublin, a 0.56-acre site with planning for one house, made over £575,000 through Hamilton Osborne King.

A 0.2-acre residential site at Kilmainham Lane, Dublin 8, made £550,000 by Donal O'Buachalla.

Also in Kilmainham A 0.54 acre site at 1 Knockbarrow Terrace, was sold for £300,000 by Ganly Walters.

A site with planning permission for four apartments at 41 Brunswick Street, Dublin 7, made £177,500 by Douglas Newman Good.

A former Credit Union premises at Blakestown Road, Dublin 15, made £150,000 through Lisney.

In Co Wexford, a 1.1-acre site at The Quay, New Ross, was sold prior to auction for close to £800,000 by Quinn Auctioneers.
