LAW firm Lennon Heather and Co has paid about £750,000 for the former Dimensions office building overlooking the River Liffey at 14 City Quay. A former grain store, the building was converted into offices in the 1980s. It is on the opposite side of the quays from the International Financial Services Centre. Morrisseys handled the sale and Sherry FitzGerald acted for Lennon Heather, which is now looking for a tenant for its' existing building of 3,000 square feet and 10 car-parking spaces at 39 Mespil Road, Dublin 4.
