Meanwhile, a four-bedroom detached house at 40 Belgrave Square, Monkstown, Co Dublin sold at auction for £895,000 (€1.12m) through Lisney.
In Carrickmines, a four-bedroom detached house on 1.5 acres - Dunluce, Glenamuck Road - was sold at auction for £880,000 (€1.11m) through Lisney.
A 0.22-acre site with outline planning permission for a house at Westminster Road, Foxrock was sold after auction for over the guide price of £600,000 (€761,842) by Lisney.
In Blackrock, the same agent is seeking £470,000 (€596,776) for 3 Booterstown Park, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, following its withdrawal from auction.
In Dublin 12, a three-bedroom mid-terrace home at 10 Parnell Road, Harold's Cross, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking £345,000 (€438,059).

In Donnybrook, Lisney secured in excess of the withdrawal figure of £700,000 (€888,816) after auction for 12 Mount Eden Road, a five-bedroom semi-detached house. The original guide price had stood at £590,000 (€744,000).
Lisney is seeking £565,000 (€717,402) for 8 Bushfield Terrace, Donnybrook, a four-bedroom mid-terrace house, following its withdrawal from auction.
Still in Donnybrook, 25 Morehampton Terrace, an Edwardian four-bedroom house, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £795,000 (€1m).
A six-bedroom detached house on 0.5 acres at 6 Sydney Parade Avenue in Ballsbridge was withdrawn by joint agents Lisney and Gunne Residential, which is quoting £3.25 million (€4.12m).
At 7 Ailesbury Gardens, a five-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £795,000 (€1m).
In Sandymount, Dungrove, at 31 Gilford Park - a four-bedroom detached house - was sold at auction for £725,000 (€920,560) through Harper O'Grady.
Also in Sandymount, a four-bedroom terraced house at 4 Londonbridge Road was withdrawn at £310,000 (€393,618) and is under negotiation through Property Partners P J O'Dwyer.
Sherry FitzGerald is seeking over £1 million (€1.27m) for 2 Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 2, a four-storey over basement property in 12 units, following its withdrawal from auction at £800,000 (€1.01m).

In Clonskeagh, HOK Residential is seeking about £495,000 (€628,520) for 6 Laburnum Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, after it failed to sell at auction yesterday.
A detached double-fronted house, Mopoon Villa on Sydenham Road, Dundrum, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through HOK Residential.
North Dublin
Gunne Residential secured in excess of £950,000 (€1.2m) after auction for Highbury, a large five-bedroom detached house on Vernon Avenue in Clontarf.
In Dublin 9, 12 Griffith Avenue - a three-bedroom semidetached house - was withdrawn at £300,000 (€380,921) by Gunne Residential, which is quoting over £350,000 (€444,408).
In Kilsallaghan, Co Dublin, the 18-acre residential Ballyhack Farm was sold at auction for £780,000 (€990,395) through J P & M Doyle.
Wicklow
A four/five-bed detached house, The Parochial House, Ashford, was sold at auction for £615,000 (€780,888) through Clarke Auctioneers.
In Bray, a four-bedroom house at 11 Galtrim Road was withdrawn at £450,000 (€571,382) by Daphne L Kaye & Associates, which is seeking £495,000 (€628,520).
Private treaty
Jackson-Stops has fetched over £750,000 (€952,303) for 75 Eagle Valley, a five-bedroom detached house situated on the edge of Powerscourt Estate in Enniskerry, Co Wicklow.
The Lisney agency sold Number 25 Greygates in Mount Merrion, a large six-bedroom detached house, for over £610,000 (€774,540), while in Clonskeagh, Dublin 14, the same agent secured around £495,000 (€628,520) for a Crampton-built home at 25 Whitebeam Avenue.
In Ranelagh, Sherry FitzGerald has sold two properties. Number 17 Mountainview Road, a four-bedroom semi-detached house, made about £835,000 (€1.06m) while nearby, at 31 Tudor Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house fetched over £450,000 (€571,382).
Provincial
In Co Meath, a cottage on three acres at Collistown, Kilcloon, was withdrawn at £140,000 (€177,763) and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald-Sherry.
Colm McEvoy is seeking £180,000 (€228,552) for a three-bedroom cottage, The Cottage, in Kilbelin, Newbridge, Co Kildare after it failed to sell at auction.
Also in Newbridge, the same agent sold a five-bedroom house on two acres, The Lodge at Milltown, for over the withdrawal figure of £505,000 (€641,217) after auction. In Co Wexford, Ratholm at Killinick, a house on six acres, was withdrawn at £105,000 (€133,322) and sold later for a higher figure through John Keane.
A one-acre site with planning permission for a house at Forth Mountain, Wexford, was withdrawn by John W Corish, which is seeking £95,000 (€120,625).

In Dublin 12, a former building society premises at 345 Ballyfermot Road was sold at auction for £400,000 (€507,895) through Brendan Walsh.
J P & M Doyle secured £4 million (€5.07m) at auction for 8.12 acres of development land in Saggart Village, Co Dublin.
In Co Kildare, a retail outlet with accommodation at Kildare town centre was withdrawn at £375,000 (€476,151) and is under negotiation through Jordan Auctioneers.
A residential shop premises at Cannon Street, Kells, Co Meath was withdrawn at £175,000 (€222,204) and is under negotiation through Toole McKay.
A commercial/residential property at 16 JKL Street, Edenderry, Co Offaly was sold at auction for £356,000 (€452,026) by Colm McEvoy.
In Co Louth, Toales, a public house on Crowe Street, Dundalk was sold at auction for £465,000 (€590,428) through Gunne Auctioneers.
In Co Wicklow, The Mary B licensed premises at 81 Lr Main Street, Arklow, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald-O'Leary Kinsella.
