Clearstream Court - being developed by Panshire Ltd - comprises 92 apartments, duplexes and townhouses and is nearing completion.

The greater Finglas area is undergoing significant development, with countless units under construction in the St Margaret's Road area.

A big selling point at Clearstream is its location within a couple of minutes walk of the village.

The scheme is on the former allotments of a row of 19 terraced houses on MacKee Avenue, a quiet residential road leading into the village centre. The new Charlestown shopping centre is a short drive away.

Entry level at Clearstream starts at €265,000 for 51sq m (549sq ft) one-bed apartments.

Two-bed apartments with 62-102sq m (667-1,097sq ft) are priced from €299,000.

Two-bed duplexes with around 87sq m (936sq ft) of living space are priced from €355,000. Finally, three-bed duplex homes with 107sq m (1,151sq ft) cost from €373,500.

Show units will be on display this weekend on site where joint agents Owen Reilly New Homes and Mason Finglas will be taking bookings.

Townhouses and four large penthouses at the scheme will be launched later this year.

Fourteen of the apartments have been sold pre-launch, primarily to local first-time buyers.

Units are well laid out and have higher than average fit-out. Kitchens have vanilla high-gloss units with walnut worktop. Appliances are included. Bathrooms are fully tiled.

Living areas have recessed lighting, livingrooms have wall-mounted coal-effect electric fires and internal doors are solid ash.

Each unit comes with a designated secure car-parking space.
