Furniture premises fetch £675,000 at auction

Bray estate agent Gabriel Dooley has secured £675,000 at auction for the former Homeworld Furniture premises at Lower Dargle Road, Bray, Co Wicklow. The two-storey building with a single storey extension has a total of 13,447 sq ft and, according to the agents, could be used as a retail showrooms, office or redeveloped as apartments or townhouses.
