Four-storey office building for rent at IFSC

Companies looking for around 353 sq m of office space in Dublin's IFSC may be interested in 4 Exchange Place, a four-storey terraced building which has just come on the market. DTZ Sherry FitzGerald is hoping to assign the lease at the passing rent of €163,034. Tenants are entitled to claim double rent allowance and a remission of rates until 2008. In the city centre, the same agency is attempting to assign the lease of 130 sq m in Castleriver House at Parliament Street in Temple Bar. The fourth floor space is rented at €22,063 on a 25-year lease from 1991.
