Fifty one, two and three-bedroom apartments at Arena Court, beside Tallaght Town Centre, Dublin 24 are on offer from today at a marketing suite on-site, which incorporates a full-sized two-bedroom apartment.

Located at the junction of Whitestown Way and the Tallaght Bypass, Arena Court is adjacent to the Tallaght Town Centre and beside the Luas. When complete, it will include residential, retail and office space and a four-star hotel with a leisure centre.

One-bedroom apartments of 44-48sq m (470-510sq ft) are priced from €235,000. Two-bedroom units of 60-66sq m (645-710sq ft) cost from €265,000 and three-bed 84-88sq m (900-945sq ft) apartments are priced from €325,000.

Developed by P Elliott and designed by RKD Architects, the scheme comprises eight blocks from two to six storeys. All apartments feature large balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area, with many apartments enjoying views over the Dublin mountains. Standard features include a modern kitchen with a cream glazed finish. Fully-integrated kitchen appliances are included in the price.

Fit-out at Arena Court will also involve stylish wall and floor tiling in the bathroom, as well as stainless steel and glass shower doors, oak doors and a timber deck balcony. There will be an underground car-park and landscaped residents' garden areas, as well as private roof gardens and terraces.

Building work has just commenced and apartments in this phase are due for completion in spring 2007, according to the agent. All units in this phase come with a designated car-parking space.

One of the fastest-growing residential and commercial areas in the country, Tallaght has been transformed in recent years with major recreational, educational and transport services. These include the Tallaght Institute of Technology, the Luas and M50, as well as numerous sporting outlets.
