A development site of 1.7 acres at the Ashtown roundabout on the Navan Road, Dublin 7, has been sold prior to tender by Costello Commercial for just over £3 million. The vendors had previously paid £5.2 million for the entire site of four acres, which included the old Ashtown Tinbox Company premises which are now to be demolished. The 1.7 acres are to be developed as a business park and the remainder of the site will be used for a new car showrooms for DG Opel.
