The pale, oak flooring in the front-facing livingroom runs throughout the house, with the exceptions of the bathroom and kitchen. The fireplace has a marble insert and wood surround. The kitchen is fitted.

Both bedrooms have walls of mirrored wardrobes, the main one has French doors leading to the patio. There is a liberal amount of parking in the front courtyard.
