DUN Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is considering a planning application for the development of 90 houses with access from Pine Valley Avenue, off the Grange Road, Dublin 16. The planning application for the site of 9.27 acres has been lodged by Kilcreggan Properties of 21 Parliament Street, Dublin 2.

Planning permission has been sought to convert a house at 27 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, for use as a 23-bedroom budget hotel.

In the city centre, Ann Farrelly, The Pines, Greenfield Road, Sutton, Dublin 13, has lodged a planning application to demolish the existing building at 29 Bachelors Walk and to develop a four-storey over basement hotel with 14 bedrooms.
