Check out the Spanish pads at the Shelbourne

Las Terrazas de Bermuda Beach at Estepona on the Costa del Sol is the latest Spanish development to be taken on by Hamilton Osborne King. One, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in the beachfront development, which is due for completion mid 2001, start at £104,134 and can be viewed from plans at an exhibition in the Shelbourne Hotel tomorrow and Saturday. Sixty-nine apartments go on sale tomorrow, and these range in size from approximately 750 sq ft for one-bedroom units to around 1,500 sq. ft for four-bedroom apartments. All the apartments have very large balconies that, in many cases, are larger than the apartment's floor area. The scheme is situated between Estepona and Puerto de la Duquessa about a 40-minute drive from Malaga.
