Celbridge development site fails to sell at auction

A 20-ACRE site with development potential adjoining the Abbey Farm estate near Celbridge, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at auction at £800,000 and is under negotiation through McDonald Brothers. The land has frontage on to the River Liffey and is within a mile of water and sewerage services. In Dunboyne, Co Meath, the Centra Supermarket, at Main Street, was sold at auction for £345,000 through Gunne.
