Bachelors Walk building has go-ahead for eight apartments

Palmer McCormack is seeking around £2.25 million for an 11,000 sq ft building at 11 Bachelors Walk in Dublin 1 which has planning permission for a public house and eight overhead apartments. The former Hardings bicycle shop is in need of considerable refurbishment.
