Three different designs are on offer, priced from £185,000 (€234,900) and the houses should be ready to move into by the end of July this year. There are 44 bungalows in total on the Avoca site, which is accessed by turning right over the bridge at the entrance to the village coming from Dublin.
There are just two of the smallest 1,200 sq ft bungalows from £185,000 (€234,900). These have Shaker-style kitchens and a rendered exterior finish. Eight 1,600 sq ft bungalows are priced from £195,000 (€247,600). These have allowances for kitchens, tiling and fireplaces, giving purchasers a choice of design.
The three largest 1,800 sq ft four-bedroom dormer bungalows have a dashed exterior and cost from £239,950 (€304,670). Again, allowances are given for interior finishes and this house is fitted for a piped vacuum system. Gardens depend on plot size and will be seeded to the front. None of the houses overlook each other. Brook Meadow is an hour's drive from the city in off-peak traffic via the N11.
