Gunne Residential is seeking £565,000 (717,402) for 10 Adelaide Street in D·n Laoghaire, a two-storey over garden level period townhouse, following its withdrawal from auction yesterday.
In Monkstown, 22 Eaton Square, a five-bedroom semi-detached house was withdrawn by Lisney, which sold it later for just under £700,000 (888,816).
A four-bedroom detached house at 67 Carysfort Downs, Blackrock, was withdrawn and sold later for over £400,000 (507,895) through Lisney.
In Foxrock, Dublin 18, a six-bedroom detached house on 0.45 acres, The Cedars on Leopardstown Road, was withdrawn by joint agents Daphne L Kaye & Associates and Sherry Fitz-Gerald, which is seeking about £900,000 (1.14m).
On the Putland Road in Bray, Co Wicklow, Number 100, a detached dormer-style house in need of modernisation with good gardens, has been sold by private treaty for around £280,000 (355,526) by Jackson-Stops.
In Oldtown, Co Dublin, 47 acres at Wolganstown was withdrawn and is under negotiation through HOK Residential.
PROVINCIAL
In Co Meath, Dillon Auctioneers withdrew a house on 31 acres at Kilbrew, Ashbourne, at £265,000 (336,480). It is currently under negotiation.
In Co Kildare, a 59-acre residential farm at Brownstown, Kilcloon, Maynooth, was auctioned in two lots by Coonan Auctioneers: Lot 1, comprising the bungalow on 29 acres, was withdrawn at £375,000 (476,151) and is under negotiation; Lot 2, a yard and 30 acres, was withdrawn at £230,000 (292,039)and is under negotiation.
Also in Co Kildare, a four-acre holding at Ballyvass, Kilkea, Castledermot, was withdrawn at £52,000 (66,026) and sold later for a higher figure through Bryan O'Doherty.
In Mullingar, a three-bedroom house on four acres, Mount Lynn House at Lynn, was sold at auction for £425,000 (539,638) through Murtagh Bros.
COMMERCIAL
In Skerries, Co Dublin, a site with planning permission for nine houses on Balbriggan Street was withdrawn by Paul Grimes, which is quoting £450,000 (571,382).
A commercial premises at Main Street, Celbridge, Co Kildare, was withdrawn at £205,000 (260,296) and is under negotiation through Coonan.
In Co Carlow, Ballykealy Country House Hotel on seven acres at Ballon, Co Carlow, was withdrawn at £955,000 (1.21m) by Southern Auctioneers.
A retail premises at Cockle Shells, Castle Hill in Enniscorthy, Co Wexford was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald-O'Leary.
