£175,000 premium sought for Grafton Street store

SMlTH'S Pharmacy is seeking key money of £175,000 for the leasehold interest in its premises at 50 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. Lisney is agent for the building, which has 2,500 square feet in all, including 600 square feet at street level and 470 square feet of retail space on the first floor. The current rent of £86,000 is not due to be reviewed until 1998. The shop is near the top of Grafton Street, virtually opposite Laura Ashley. Smith's is to relocate to new premises at Clare Street on June 10th.
