Costello Commercial is quoting a guideline price of £1.2 million for the former DG Opel premises at Cabra Road, Dublin 7, following the relocation of the company to larger premises on the former Ashtown Tinbox site at Navan Road.

The 12,300 sq ft premises consist of a showroom and service centre and are held under a 35-year lease from 1991 at a rent of £77,600. Purchasers have the option of occupying the premises or availing of planning permission to replace the premises with a modern petrol station and convenience store. Statoil petrol products must be sold under an existing agreement.
