Ingredients

  • 1 ripe papaya – or mango – finely diced
  • 2 ripe avocados, finely diced
  • 1 red onion, very finely chopped
  • zest of 2 limes, squeeze of one
  • salt & pepper

Method

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and season well.

If you like, add a squeeze or two of lime juice to loosen it up, though the juice from the fruit should do the trick on its own.
