This really is MY little hero, it brings tired, dull skin back to life and is packed full of antioxidants. Another reason I love this serum is that it is an Irish owned product and I feel it's important to support our own Irish economy.

I use this for everything, as a body lotion, hair mask and for cooking. It smells delicious, leaves your skin and hair nourished and is extremely tasty.

I have been in the trusty hands of Edel Collins-Toal for a number of years at The Spot. I go there for my colour and cuts and have always been delighted with the different styles and looks she has created for me over the years. Going from long to short, blonde to dark chestnut she knows what I want even before I do.

MAC and other makeup
I am a MAC lover and have been a creature of habit when it comes to MAC Studio Fix Liquid Foundation and Powder. I love the coverage it gives. L'Oreal Telescopic Mascara, is hands down the best mascara I have ever used, I have tried and tested them all and am forever going back to my old faithful.

Green Tea
I am obsessed with green tea, especially Cranberry green tea! Morning, noon and night this is my go-to. It is also great to help with the odd hangover. My perfect snack is sweet potato, seasoned with a sprinkle of ginger and fresh rosemary and coconut oil. So tasty and a slightly healthier option!
