Almost all local cross-Border roads were reopened by early summer of this year, according to a joint statement issued yesterday by Minister for the Environment, Mr Howlin, and his Northern counterpart, Mr Malcolm Moss.

The ministers' statement said that only four local cross Border roads remained closed.
