Dolphin to close shop

A Dublin institution is closing its doors after 40 years

A Dublin institution is closing its doors after 40 years. Dolphin Discs, which has been at the same location on Talbot Street since the 1970s, will close on Sunday. Sales have been gradually decreasing for the past few years, owner Paul O’Reilly says. “Prices have come down substantially, but people don’t have the same disposable income.” An everything-must-go sale runs until Sunday.
