A report headed "Legal difficulties delaying reports of abuse claims" in last Thursday's editions said the Minister of State, Mr Austin Currie, accepted the broad thrust of "the Kilkenny incest report". This should have read "the Kelly Fitzgerald report". And the Minister is preparing an action plan which will include an increase in the fostering allowance for children aged 12 and over to £60 a week, not £660 as stated.
