The title of the documentary for which the late Eamonn O Muiri received a Jacobs Award was incorrect in yesterday's report of his death. The documentary, which dealt with heart transplant operations, was titled The Heart of the Mater.
The caption to a photograph of Karen Nolan and Ger Walker in Wednesday's editions identified incorrectly the event in which they participated. Both were in fact panel speakers at a seminar entitled "The Potential of the Social Economy for Dublin" hosted by the Dublin Employment Pact.
Mr Frank Connolly was quoted in yesterday's report from the Flood Tribunal, headed "Journalist tells of 'spin' on Burke", as saying "We didn't publish that [letter of June 1989] because Mr Gogarty didn't give me a copy . . .". This should have read `We didn't publish that because Mr Bailey didn't give me a copy . . ".
