A report in Thursday's editions on the election of Mr John Hedigan SC as a judge of the European Court of Human Rights said he succeeds Mr Justice Brian Walsh. In fact, the position Mr Justice Walsh holds is part-time. Mr Hedigan's post will be full-time in the newly-amalgamated European Court of Human Rights and the European Commission on Human Rights.
