The chairman of Allied Irish Banks is Mr Lochlann Quinn and not Mr Martin Naughton as incorrectly stated in a report yesterday by Frank McDonald. Mr Naughton is chairman of Glen Dimplex, of which Mr Quinn is also deputy chairman and finance director.

The Woman of the House is by Alice Taylor, and published by Mount Eagle. The author and publisher were given incorrectly in the paperback fiction section of the bestseller listings of October 25th and November 1st.
