TOP price at last Tuesday's auction held by Thomas P. Adam in Blackrock, Dublin, was £2,800 for an ebonised Bechstein boudoir grand piano from the end of the last century. A Victorian rectangular giltwood and gesso overmantle mirror sold for £1,200 and a mahogany sofa table, some five foot long, made £1,100.
