`We're happy to see the troops off the streets. Now they didn't bother me though but it's really great to see the peace and we're hoping for a happy new year. I'm sure the troops are glad to get home too. They didn't want to be here. They were here and they shouldn't have been here. They were conquering our country really.

"I'm from Co Tyrone originally but I've lived here for over 60 years. During the Troubles I was always talking about moving back but I never did. Since the peace, people are more relaxed about here, they're happier."
