Failed actor and lighter fluid aficionado Withnail finally gets the recognition he deserves. The cult British comedy is being released in a high-definition version restored from the original film negatives, to be shown at selected cinemas and released in the form of a DVD box set packed with specials including documentaries and audio commentaries.
