Softech Telecom, a Dublin-based and Irish controlled telephone traffic software firm, has signed an agreement to supply Microsoft offices with its Ringmaster Call Accounting Software. The contract is valued at £250,000. Ringmaster is a PC-based call accounting and management system for PBX telephone systems, allegedly providing savings of 17 per cent in telephone costs.
