Sightings of Elvis set to rise as The King goes digital

Like pretty much everyone else, Elvis Presley has gone digital

Like pretty much everyone else, Elvis Presley has gone digital. The King, who would have been 63 this month, may be 20 years gone and the "live sightings" down to the occasional call from the caffeine-overcharged clerk at the all-night convenience store, but his 1950s movie career lives on and is available for viewing on your desktop. The Elvis In Hollywood CD-ROM includes clips from movies made by Elvis from such stellar cinema accomplishments as Love Me Tender, Jailhouse Rock and King Creole. There are interviews with his manager, guitarist, songwriters Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller, as well as former girlfriends. The CD, which runs for about 65 minutes, costs $19.98 (£14.58) in the US.
