Digital Channel Partners (DCP), the international technology services and product group, has ended negotiations with IMS Maxims on a reverse takeover of publicly-listed IMS. DCP, which employs nearly 150 people in Dublin, London and New York, supplies consulting services and software products to organisations in the financial services, telecommunications, media and online retail sectors, as well as offering general business-to-business infrastructure solutions.
