Peterhead, the Dublin-listed crane-hire and forklift group, will seek shareholder approval at an extraordinary general meeting today for the sale of 41 cranes and other assets for £12.6 million sterling to Protaras. This will leave the group with net cash proceeds of £2.6 million after the discharge of related liabilities.
