Performix Technologies, a Dublin-based provider of call- centre management software, has won a contract with ScottishPower, an international energy group that services seven million homes and businesses across Britain and the US. The deal, worth about £500,000 (€635,000), will see the implementation of Emvolve Performance Manager, a software solution that drives profit in contact centres by improving staff performance.
