European Court judge Ms Fidelma Macken, former attorney general Mr Dermot Gleeson SC and property developer Mr Mark Kavanagh are among the people who now own the Four Seasons Hotel.

The members of the Nollaig Partnership, registered in the Companies Registration Office, include former Revenue inspector Mr Derek Quinlan, who put the partnership in place.

His colleague, Mr Peter Donnelly, is also a partner. The chairman of the Dublin Docklands Development Authority, Mr Lar Bradshaw, is a member, as is Mr Donal Geaney, chairman and chief executive of Elan.

Other members are Mr Carl O'Sullivan, of Monkstown, Co Dublin; Mr Daniel Morrissey of Blackrock, Co Dublin; and Mr Patrick O'Donnell, of Castleknock, Dublin.
