One of the biggest trade promotions of food and drink products from Northern Ireland ever mounted in Dublin will be on display at the three-day international food and drink exhibition IFEX, which opens today at Simmonscourt.

Organised by the small business agency LEDU, in conjunction with the IDB and the Department of Agriculture, the stand is one of the largest in the show, and will be presenting products from 17 companies, ranging from chicken and pork products to seafood and mineral waters.
