Greencore has co-opted Mr John F Casey onto the board as a non-executive director. This follows the decision of Dr Seamus Sheehy to retire.
Mr Casey is group managing director of New Ireland Holdings. He was previously a director of Beamish & Crawford, Sun Life & Provincial and Telecom Eireann.
