A Clonmel reader has responded to the Margin's call for suggestions for a new Avonmore/Waterford logo - one that will embody the spirit of partnership between the Noresiders and Suirsiders.

The Margin doubts, however, that this suggestion will appeal to the new AW management team. Our Clonmel reader's suggestion for a logo is a picture of a (Kilkenny) cat pouncing on a cornered (Waterford) rat. Ouch!
