Kellogg profit warning

Kellogg, the big US cereals company, has warned of falling profits for the second time in three months, largely because of problems in its core British and US markets. The Michigan-based company said yesterday it expected full-year earnings in 1998 to fall by up to a fifth having projected a 15 per cent decline in July.
