ITG takeover payment

ITG, the independent telecom company, has paid out an additional £1 million sterling (#1.4 million) to the shareholders of Telecentral, the British payphone company, acquired last year. The extra consideration became payable as part of an earnout following the achievement of profit targets. ITG said the payment will be funded from its internal sources.
