ICS Building Society has announced that it is cutting all of its fixed-rate mortgages with immediate effect. The building society has cut its one-year fixed-rate mortgage to 4.75 per cent from 4.99 per cent, two-year fixed-rate mortgages are down to 5.5 per cent from 5.65 per cent while a five-year fixed rate is available at 5.6 per cent compared with 5.7 per cent previously.
