The board of Green Property has announced that its offer for Trafford Park Estates, rejected by the target's board, has been extended and that next closing date will be July 10th. Green also said that valid acceptances of the offer had been received in respect of 0.78 per cent of the share capital of Trafford Park Estates by June 26th.
