Fruit of the Loom talks

The Tanaiste, Ms Harney, has met SIPTU officials representing Fruit of the Loom's 3,500 employees in Ireland. The Tanaiste, who was in Donegal yesterday, indicated that both IDA Ireland and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment would keep the union briefed on ongoing developments at the company.
