Amongst the measures being implemented to reduce the cash burn is the installation of a management information system to allow the company control costs on a group-wide basis.
You would have to wonder what took them so long to tumble to this brilliant idea given that their business is the development and sale of such systems - plus a lot more - to airlines and other travel businesses.
