CRH has announced a restructuring of Oldcastle, the holding company of its North American operations, into two operational groupings - materials and products & distribution.
Mr Myles Lee, CRH's general manager (finance), said it is a logical move to a products group structure and follows a similar move in Europe. The reorganisation will come into effect on January 1st.
