COUNTYGLEN has formally announced the termination of negotiations to acquire the giftware division of Bullers, the British plc in receivership. "This decision was taken due to the unavailability of up to date accurate financial information on the performance of the division," according to a CountyGlen statement to the Irish Stock Exchange yesterday. The statement confirms an Irish Times report last October.
