‘Ready to go’ site in Stillorgan for €1.8m

Joint agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Ganly Walters are guiding
€1.8 million for a "ready to go" piece of land with full planning permission for 15 family homes at Upper Kilmacud Road in Stillorgan, Co Dublin.

The 1.4 acres at Narnia and Long Acre are located close to the junction with Drummartin Link Road which connects the city centre with Sandyford Business Park, Leopardstown and the M50.

The planning permission provides for four different house types, terraced, semi- detached and detached, ranging in size from 1,800 to 2,380sq ft (167 to 221sq m). The scheme was designed by architects Fitzgerald Kavanagh & Partners.
