Offices: A Georgian office building on Mountjoy Square in Dublin 1 with many of its original features is for sale by tender through agent Druker Fanning with a guide of over €1.25 million. The deadline for tenders is noon on April 20th.

Number 26 Mountjoy Square, a four-storey over basement building, has 486 sq m (5,232 sq ft) of office accommodation. It has an entrance hall with a polished marble floor, a fine stone staircase and original iron railings and balconies.

It is regarded as amongst the best-preserved examples of Georgian architecture in the city, along with its neighbour, wine wholesaler Edward Dillon.

Built in the late 18th century, it was a family home until 1908 and later a divinity hostel for Trinity College, Dublin. In 1974, it became the headquarters of the NCEA (National Council for Educational Awards) and is currently vacant.
