Investment properties in city centre

CBRE is handling the sale of two investment properties on Eustace Street and Richmond Street in Dublin 2. They are for sale separately or in one lot at €660,000.

The mid-terrace four-storey building at 112 Eustace Street on the western side of Temple Bar includes an 80-seater restaurant and tapas bar, which is rented at €45,000 per annum. The building is let on a 25-year lease from 2007. The asking price of €450,000.

The three-storey building at 27 South Richmond Street, which has a tapas bar on the ground floor and two apartments overhead, is on sale for €210,000. The sale includes a two-bedroom cottage to the rear.
